Chapter 50. She Is Missing
Draco’s POV
I dashed frantically from room to room, my footsteps pounding the floor, my breath coming in short, sharp gasps. My heart was pounding in my chest, my lungs burning as I searched every nook and cranny, my eyes scanning every inch of space for any sign of Daisy.
The air was filled with tension as I raced through the house, my panic and fear propelling me forward with a desperate energy.
The weight of guilt crushed me, if anything happens to Daisy, it’s my fault. I blame myself for leaving her behind, remembering how she had begged to come with us that day.
Why did I refuse her? I should have listened, I should have let her come. Now, she is nowhere to be found, and I am consumed by regret. I can’t just stand here, blaming myself I have to act.
And with a surge of determination, I ran into the forest, searching every nook and cranny, every hiding spot, every possible place she could be. But despite my search, there was no sign of Daisy.
