Chapter 54. Powerful Energy

Draco’s POV

I had a creepy feeling that someone was sneaking up on me. I froze and spun around, searching all around me, but there was no one in sight. Yet, I couldn’t shake off the feeling of being watched.

My body was tense, ready to transform into my beast form, but I couldn’t relax enough to let the change happen when I felt like someone was watching. I did everything to suppress it, I tried to calm myself down, taking slow breaths and focusing on the trees around me.

Finally, I managed to push the feeling aside and continued walking through the forest. But the sensation of being watched lingered like unseen eyes were still fixed on me. After a while, I gave up and headed back to the palace, still feeling uneasy.

As soon as I arrived at the palace, I rushed to my room, feeling exhausted and worried. I collapsed onto my bed, overwhelmed by the events of the night.
