Tears streamed from her eyes freely and she tried to fight her way out but Lola’s wolf was way too strong. Her lungs began crying for air and her chest had a tight sensation. Right now was when she needed her wolf, but like always, it was quiet.
“Please, I need your help,” She begged her wolf in her head, and almost instantly, she felt a strength that steadily grew. Her bones began to ache and grow, breaking and twisting. But then it all stopped.
She felt the strength flee away and she became limp as Lola squeezed her throat even tighter.
