Chapter 133

It was now the next morning and I made small movements on the soft mattress as I opened my eyes slowly. I adjusted my head on the comfy puffy pillow under me as sleep fled further away from my eyes.

It was a new day and I felt renewed. My lower body was still under the gray duvet and Zayn was snoring right beside me. He was shirtless and his mouth was open slightly. Even in sleep, he still looked really good-looking. 

When I glanced at the alarm clock by the bedside, I saw that it was seven a.m. Birds were chirping and the beams of the sun ray shone through our thin curtains. It was a beautiful morning. 

The air was cold but not as cold as last night. 

It was now a comfortable kind of cold. The one where people built snowmen and made snow angels. It was the kind of cold where people threw snowballs at each other and enjoyed the brilliance of winter together.
