Chapter 93

After my bath, I got dressed and headed out to my living room area. Andra was standing by my couch with Lisa when I walked out.

“We have to stop meeting like this,” I said to Lisa with a smile.

“I would be out of the job if we did,” she responded with a smile of her own.

“How are you feeling?” Lisa asked me.

“Just tired,” I told her as I sat down on my couch.

Andra set up my food in front of me so I could start eating, then poured me a cup of tea.

“That is to be expected,” Lisa nodded her head. “I am just going to prescribe you some medicine for now. I won’t put you on bed rest, but you do need to take it easy for the next couple of days,” she told me.

“I doubt I will be doing much since Ella’s brand drops tomorrow,” I sighed. “It just means I won’t be able to go out and celebrate like I wanted to originally.”
