Chapter 50
I walked Into the room and sat down patiently waiting for King Derek in the place where we normally meet. I had set a meeting between us because I no longer understood what was going on.
Since the death of Eleanor things haven't been going as well as planned, King Ethan has shut me up completely after I failed to sense if Eleanor was alive but I know he will come around because he will need me.
King Derek on the other hand was the main problem because since the death of Eleanor, we haven't spoken so I don't know how badly her death affected him.
“Hmmm” King Derek cleared his throat as soon as he walked into the room, I raised my head to look at him, and he looked pale and sad giving me my answer on how Eleanor’s death affected him.
“King Derek, how are you doing, it's has been a while hasn't it?” I asked indulging him in a conversation.
“Araceli! What do I owe this impromptu meeting,” King Derek asked ignoring my question.
