Eleanor’s POV

I swung my hands forward and backward as I walked through the lonely road, enjoying the cold breeze and the beautiful view of the clouds, I was going home later than usual because I had to help Mary out a little before leaving the cafe.

It's been months since the incident of my memory loss happened, I barely even think about it, although sometimes I still wish I could remember something, which is quite normal. But I know it's all in the past now, and I have to focus on the future for the sake of me and my baby.

I continue down the road, humming to the song in my head and moving my body to the beat, taking a walk home was a bad idea I thought to myself. I was almost in our neighborhood when I noticed a little movement in Bush close to the road, I stopped and looked around, to see if there was anyone in the bush.

“Hello! Is anyone there?” I called out as I moved closer to the direction of the sound, but no one answered.
