Chapter 54
I glanced around my room as my breath pace increased rapidly from the thoughts of the looming attack I was going to inflict on Alpha Lucian and his entire pack house. It was almost sunset and I could not wait for the darkness to arise and then launch my attack.
I felt rage coursing through my body. I would not let any of them escape death. It will be a total demolition, destruction, and annihilation of the Alpha Lucian and his packs. That was all I could think of as I continued pacing around the room impatiently, feeling restless. I suddenly heard a knock on the door.
“Come in!” I said at once, and the door opened, revealing the head of warriors. He walked hurriedly towards me and bowed to greet me.
“Good day, King.” He said as he bowed. I stared at him momentarily before asking.
“What is the status?” I asked, gesturing with my hand.
“We are ready. We are just waiting for darkness so that we can set out.” He said hurriedly,
