King Derek's POV

I adjusted the collar of my shirt, as I looked at myself in the mirror with a smile on my face. I was getting prepared to bring the sacrificial lamb for the final ritual. I couldn't wait to get it all done so I could finally be Almighty and powerful.

The past few months have been chaotic for me, Lucas tried to challenge me on how I have been ruling my people bringing up a cooked-up story about me having a mate, I no longer have any more prisoners to kill, so I venture into hunting, taking down anything or anyone in my path.
