It was settled, and I didn’t argue with Damien. Though I wasn’t happy about the plan to kill Lucas, I hoped it wouldn’t come to that.
The rest of the days, I spent in bed while Damien was off on his own. I didn’t know where he went. I could see how broken he was, and I couldn’t blame him.
