Chapter 62. Wedding Preparations

“I think I should be going to bed, I have to be ready for tomorrow” I voice out in an attempt to dismiss my mother.

“why? You don't want to hear what I have to say now huh?” she said as she glanced at me.

“That's your business mum, I have tomorrow and the rest of my life to worry about, a mess you put me in,” I commented and she rolled her eyes at me.

“You don't get to dismiss your mother, I leave when want to,” she refused and I took off my towel as I put on my nightwear and got into bed making sure to turn off the night light.

“Aren't you going to ask me, what happened?” she asked and I rolled my eyes.

“It doesn’t matter, I am getting married tomorrow and I Need my rest,” I chipped rudely at her as I covered my sheet.

“Now you're so proud Of getting married, you're not going to jump at the opportunity of leaving are you, seems like you got comfortable,” she responded and I got up from the bed as I faced her.
