I didn’t have dinner because I was upset. Isabella was back to cause trouble between Kaelan and I.
She didn’t just want me to enjoy my marriage.
The silence in the castle made me feel very bored and lonely. Kaelan hadn’t spoken a word to me since the night we found Isabella at the gate, looking vulnerable.
