Evan was happy with his little progress. And I was impressed. Being motivated, he made sure he trained every day.

I went to meet him in the training ground as always, so we could train together. He was eager to show me how much he has improved and kept throwing one punch after another.

I dodged one of his punches and went for a counterattack. But the moment my fist was about to make contact with his shoulder, I felt strong energy radiate from him, sending me flying backward.

I hit a tree nearby and almost gut injured. I coughed as I struggled to regain my breath. “What the hell…?”

Evan was equally shocked as he stared at his hands in shock. “Did I… did I just do that?”

I got to my feet, and rubbed my sore arm. “Yeah. Yeah, you did.”

His eyes were wide. “How?”

I walked toward him, panting profusely. “It’s obvious you have a gift, Evan. You’re not just a werewolf.”
