Chapter 138. I Need to Hear It

The silence was so long and so loud. She looked at me and even though I knew she was going through a series of emotions right now I could tell what each and everyone she was going through in succession.

At first I didn’t think it would matter much if I told her what had happened not now watching as the realization dawned on her slowly……..I didn’t want to say it anymore.

“Lovette……..” I got up and went to sit beside her on the bed. Tears were rolling down her cheeks and I had never been that heartbroken to see someone cry.
