Bryer’s POV

“Due to the injury, you won’t be able to wolf out for a while” Jacqueline tells me and I ball my hands into a fist, this is four days after Odette attacked me. I left the hospital after footing the bills in the Bahamas and I came straight home.

For four days I have been unable to move and it’s all thanks to that bitch I am going to hold her by her neck and make sure she pays for everything she has done to me.

“I made some tonic for you, you will be fine soon” Jacqueline says again.

“Thank you”

“I will take my leave now so you can rest”

“Before that” I stop her, “don’t forget what we talked about”

“Of course”

With a little smile, she walks off while I am left to my musing again. Odette, that motherfucking bitch. I am going to make sure she pays for what she did to me and Malachi, I won’t let him live in peace either.

Someone opens my front door again, making my forehead crease into a frown.

“Jacqueline?”
