Chapter 22. Sudden Death

“Wait, Sarah! You don’t have to call him,” said Matthew.

“What do you mean?” asked Sarah curiously. She stared at him with a deep frown.

“Because he is already here,” whispered Matthew, his eyes darted at Benjamin, who was just jumping out of his expensive car. His face was as hard as a stone. He was focused on that man and unaware of Sarah and Matthew’s presence.

Sarah turned in the direction Matthew was pointing and was momentarily taken aback. “What is he doing here?” she muttered in confusion.

“I think he’s following that Jeep. Victoria was right when he told you to provoke Ben into looking for the man. I mean, look! How fast he found him. He must be so angry…”
