Aria placed the two bets together and couldn’t control how she felt. All these while, her instinct had told her there was a reason for the sudden flutter in her stomach and the glares from the secretary. It was the flush that came to her face that surprised her more. How was it possible that they were brothers? The resemblance struck.
The nurse had said little on the way home. They had used another pathway and didn’t plan to spend any time lest they bump into roadside hoodlums like the last time. She had felt bad getting kicked out of the book debut. She had forgotten the incident entirely and had given her number when his brother asked for it.
