"I am never becoming yours! You are not worthy to be called my husband!" She shouted at him with a scornful look. "How dare you even mention it? Have you no shame? Despite everything you did? After all, you caused it; you think you deserve the right to stand there and say that to me?"

Bernard wanted to speak in his defense. To at least make her see his point.

But his mouth kept opening without functioning. At least that was what he could feel as he felt the frustration of having a lot to say without being able to say it.
