She wiped her eyes and turned back to Marissa "My dear, is something troubling you? The reason why I insisted on cooking for you today was because I have been seeing how tense you are lately, like someone who is at the edge of a cliff and whom any strong wind could kick off the edge. This has nothing to do with my friend, though it has a little bit to do with where I am going today. It is about business. Don't worry about me, ma."
Her grandmother scoffed at her, saying, "Easy for you to say, maami, don't worry, maami, don't worry. How can I not be when it comes to you? Are you sure it is just about business? I have seen you when you just started this business, and it has not picked up yet.
