Chapter 21. A Trip With Him

She looked away and out of the window at the scenes whizzing by. Sean switched on some horrible funky music. "Ugh, can you switch to something soothing please?" she asked him.

"Who's your favorite?" asked Sean.

"Bruno Mars," she said instantly.

''Okay,'' he said with a grin as he played 'Marry You' by Bruno Mars. Vienna suppressed the grin that was trying to break free. Sean gave her a brief glance. ''Don't get the wrong idea, okay?'' he told her.

''Don't worry. I wasn't even thinking in that direction. Just enjoy the song,'' she said. Sean was a little disappointed. Although he had told her not to think that he was meaning every word of the song, he actually had wanted her to think that he was singing it for her instead.
