Chapter 8. Challenge to Make Her Believe in Love
Iris quickly climbed into Nicholas's car, scared that her dad might see her. They drove off towards his house. "Granny wants you to come home sometimes," said Iris hesitantly. She didn't want to force him, but granny insisted she inform him else she wouldn't get any dinner! What granny saw in Nicholas was beyond Iris's comprehension.
"Really? If you lock your beasts, I could drop in tomorrow," said Nick with a grin.
Iris glanced at him, watching his sparkling eyes so vividly blue, his chiseled face perfect like the Greek God's, and his full lips that brought sinful thoughts even to her nerdy mind. Why did he always have to look so darn good? Even after a day at college, getting messy and dirty, he still looked like he had just emerged straight out of a fashion magazine.
