Chapter 56. Treason

Davis POV

I anxiously wait in my hotel room for the Alpha meeting to be over. I can’t risk being arrested, not when the Imperial Pack is so close to being mine. I should have known the false memories would not last forever. I was a fool to show up at this meeting.

Last night, I met with the Alphas from all the packs except the Obsidian Pack. My mind control powers are fading. Without access to Elara’s blood, I am slowly turning back into my old self. Luckily, none of the Alpha’s needed much convincing. The thought of having their own magical wolves was enough to persuade them all. Even the uptight Alpha from the Ruby pack.

Little do they know, they won’t be receiving any Imperial wolves. With the Imperial Pack under my control, the Gemstone Packs will dissolve. I just need to get my hands on Elara. I need her blood to pull this off.
