Sean’s POV

I feel that Iris is starting to like me. She doesn’t avoid me nor refuse to see me. She could have come up with various excuses not to see me but she doesn’t. Either the rumors about her stoic behavior towards men is exaggerated or she has started letting up. Either way, I was happy that I was spending more time with her. Soon I was going to pop the question. I am just bidding my time and don’t want to act too soon because I fear she might reject me.

I have investigated her past and I knew everything there is to know about her relationship and consequent marriage to Adrian. How that ended and all.
