Chapter 32
Gage’s POV
A massive six-inch blade slices its way happily through the gut of the terrified man, and my hand clamped tightly around his mouth, keeping his screams within him. I stay with him as he whimpers in pain, sliding to the ground when his legs stop doing their job.
“Tell me where she is, and I’ll make it quicker,” I growl. He shakes his head with his eyes screwed tightly shut. A twist of my knife, almost like a level for his optic organ, opens his eyes immediately and widely too. His body begins vibrating as he lets out mini sobs and begs me with his eyes, and while I feel terrible for what I’m putting him through, the Lycan in me doesn’t budge. So much, in fact, that I twist it once more, making him immediately nod in the direction I presume Kate would be.
“Good, man. You can rest now.” I bring out my Glock and put him to instant sleep.
The place I enter next makes me doubt how good an agent I am because towards the right is a room full of men
