“Miguel used to work for us. He was the guy in charge of all our shipments ranging from the dr*gs to the alcohol, the women and the weapons. However, sometime last year, I performed an audit and discovered that we’ve been running at a loss for the past two years. I secretly took track of all the activities and realized that it was a shortcoming from the shipment area. You want to know what I found out?” She adjusts herself and drops her legs from the chair.

“What?” Scarlett asks, hooked on the story.

“Miguel was running his own cartel with our goods. He stole from us and used it to run his own cartel which is a huge one. Since then, we’ve been on him and well, you know the rest.” She concludes and takes a huge gulp from her glass.

“So he’s a professional scammer.” Jane, who has been quite all this while says with a light giggle.

“We can call him that.” Amanda says. “We can also call him a traitor or a thief or a walking dead
