Chapter 50. Alice Saw It for Herself
Harry and Alice were still in the car, both holding hands while staring at each other with overwhelming feelings. Like people in love, that’s how they were.
Until finally, Alice’s gaze fell on a woman who had just come out of the restaurant. Alice looked at the woman with a surprised expression. She was not mistaken; Alice knew her very well.
“Miss Angeline,” Alice said, making Harry turn his head.
Seen from where they were in the car, the new Angeline figure was standing in front of the restaurant entrance with messy hair. The woman was looking left and right, as if she were looking for someone.
“Is she looking for you, sir?” asked Alice.
Harry shook his head and said, “I don’t know, but I think so.”
“That woman looks confused,” said Alice.
