“Mommy, Daddy!”
Even from behind, I recognized them immediately as I sat on the bench. So, I called out to them right away. They were quite far from where I was sitting, so I had to raise my voice to ensure they heard me.
‘My… ‘Dy!” I called out, shortening my words. It was almost as loud as my initial call.
I stood up from the bench to walk closer to them.
As I stood, I glanced around and noticed that the place was unfamiliar to me. It seemed like I hadn’t been here before… or if I had, it must have been during my first or second life, but much had changed, making it unrecognizable.
There were many white flowers around, and butterflies fluttered among them. Besides that, I saw a well, which looked like a wishing well because it had a cover with holes just big enough for a coin to fit through.
