Selene's POV

"Selene? Are you really okay?" Dominic asked again. "You look pale."

"I'm fine; you can leave."

I removed my hand from my mouth and took a deep breath. I didn't want to get rid of the smell of blood earlier.

Dominic still didn't leave in front of me, causing me to look back.

I can see in his eyes the great surprise at what happened. I can't help but be nervous.

From his face, I looked down at his neck. I swallowed and clenched my fist.

I closed my eyes before speaking, "Go ahead, Dominic."
