Because Stanley had a wide network of contacts, it was simple for him to put his plans into action. He was with Maxine, and despite the fact that she was dressed in a semi-formal manner, she had no idea where they were headed.
Prior to this, Stanley had left Heather in the care of his mother and had hired security guards for the perimeter of the property. He was intent on ensuring that this day would go off without a hitch.
“Where exactly are we going, then? Why do these people appear to be dressed entirely in white? Is there a funeral taking place? Who died?” While Maxine investigated the environment, she kept asking a series of inquiries while exhibiting a hint of anxiety.
