Chapter 46. Traitor
She snarled at him. Walking around in circles, the other waiting for who would make the first me move. Queen jumped right at him, trying to claw him out, Charles dodged, he dragged her hair and threw her, she was about to hit a wall when she regained her balance mid-air and landed on all fours.
Davies and Sandra saw Queen fighting with Charles as they got to her location. “Dad?” Davies said he thought his father wouldn’t come looking for them. Charles had his hand on Queen’s throat when he heard Davies’s voice, he let her go.
Queen dropped to the floor, coughing violently. Charles faced his family, “I missed you guys,” he cried out, in a bid to hug them, Davies and Sandra moved back unconsciously.
Charles paused halfway with his arms stretched open wide, “Not the welcome I expected. But it’s okay, I’m here now.”
Sandra seized him up and laughed, “You think it’s okay, you’re a joker, you come back here, trying to kill your best friend’s daughter and you’re say
