I leaned against the metal railings in the arrivals hall, tapping my foot impatiently as I scanned the crowd pouring out.

Cedric’s plane landed ten minutes ago, yet he had not appeared.

I wiped the sweat off my palm, a little nervous. I hadn’t seen or spoken to him since he left for Mexico and tonight was supposed to be the night. The night I would confess my feelings to him.
