“What do you mean you don’t have my records?” I asked, incredulous.
I was pretty sure I hadn’t taken any of my transcripts yet. The last time I was here, I requested a Transcript of Records, but that could be produced anytime if the original copy was available as a reference. This time, I was told that my records themselves were missing. Or that someone had taken them?

“I’m sorry, Mr. Daniels contacted me two days ago. It was he who said there was an urgent need for your records. We produced them right away. We also released the Honorable Dismissal document to him for your original and verified copies.”
I closed my eyes for a moment and sighed.
“I didn’t tell him to do that. Did you ask him for a letter of authorization, ma’am? I’m pretty sure he didn’t have one.”
