Chapter 144. An Unforgettable Experience

Michael’s POV

The following night, I was alone in my apartment because Cassie ditched me to hang out with Lena and the ladies in Gray’s place.

I was bored out of my mind, watching a movie and eating popcorn alone.

My mood was immediately lifted when Lucas called me that the boys were planning to have their hangout in Austin’s bar as a Sentforth party for me but I knew it was mainly because the ladies abandoned them.

I didn’t waste anymore time and quickly got dressed. l left my place when Lucas texted me that he was on his way there.

The bar was empty that night and I realised that Austin had closed down for that night so we could have fun and drink with each other. To my surprise, it was more fun with just the guys than having a place full of sweaty bodies.

Gray stood up and raised his glass. “To Micheal, the man of the hour,” he grinned, sliding a glass toward me. “Our brave soldier who is leaving us again.”
