My palms were sweating as I Cassandra stood at the other end of the aisle. Not the kind you casually wipe on your jeans but the kind that makes your heart race like you’re standing at the edge of a cliff, wondering if you’ll fall or fly.

Cassandra walked toward me with tears in her eyes. She looked around at the flowers, the pictures, the balloons lights and then back at me.
