Chapter 28. A Fierce Clash

Nolan’s POV

I adjusted my hoodie as I made my way into the hallway. I met with Jackson and Tyler along the way.

"Good morning boss," they greeted cheerfully. I glanced at them and continued walking, they hurriedly followed beside me.

"What’s so good about this morning?" I asked.

"It’s good because we get to see your face and get the honor of serving you for another day," Tyler replied. I scoffed. Although I had a temper and was sometimes violent toward them, they never left my side. Most people thought I was forcing them to be with me but the truth was, they chose this willingly. I had given them more than enough chances to leave but they never did. This much loyalty was hard to find this day.
