Before she could put her hands on him, someone forcefully pulled her away from him and held her tightly. Andrew had his hands up in defense once he saw her about to attack.

Selene struggled in the person’s arms.

“Please, calm down, Selene,” the person said to her in a strained voice. They were using all their power to hold her back.

She looked behind her and saw it was Timothy.

“He’s not worth it,” he whispered to her.

“What is this?” Alpha Derek thundered as he hurriedly approached his son. Andrew released his breath in relief.

“She tried to attack me,” he accused Selene as he stood behind his father.

“How dare you?” Derek snarled with his hands raised to strike her.

“Don’t you dare,” Selene growled at him, stopping him in his tracks. He also noticed her wolf was in control.

Impossible, he thought.

Selene pulled herself from Timothy’s hold. “Leave my pack now!”
