Chapter 91. Breaching the Emotions

Alexander almost bumped into his father in law, Ryder at the door as he rushed out. He quickly apologized.

“I am so sorry. Welcome sir,” Alex said hurriedly and before the older man could reply he was already gone.

“What is wrong with him?” Ryder asked, walking into the room and addressing the question to no one in particular. Alan ran to him and Ryder scooped him into his arms.

“Welcome father,” Isabella said instead.

“You are welcome sir,” Peggy greeted too and he nodded.

“Grandpa look, look what I have drawn,” Alan shoved a paper to his face.

“Let’s see what you’ve got there,” Ryder said and took the paper from him. He peered into it and looked back at the boy.

“Wow, that’s some drawing,” he commented with a big smile on his face. “But do tell me, what is this you have drawn?”

“A dog!” Alan said excitedly.
