Chapter 252. We’ll Be Fine

Carlos waited quite a bit for a response from the seven kings. He was quite busy with the new changes in the super consortium but he couldn’t keep his head on straight until he got a response. Three days passed without one and he was beginning to think that perhaps they really didn’t care about the death.

On the evening of that day, he received a call from Amanda.

“You in?” She said as soon as the call connected and it was really starting to make Carlos feel like he was being coerced into a deal without being told the full details of it.

“Not until you tell me why you really want them dead,” Carlos said resolutely. “Otherwise, even if I had to handle what’s left of the seven kings I’ll do it myself.”
