Chapter 26. Back to School!
There’s no sign of Dean and Eva—neither is there any sign of Mrs. Willie’s corpse. He wasn’t done with them. He wanted them to pay for what they did and now they’re no more.
A pitched howl escaped from the treacherous darkness. The howl was followed by a few more and then barking. Each second that passed by, it drew more closely.

Mary moved furtively. Her footsteps were so stealthy that no one even heard her walk through the back door of the lecture hall. She slowly took her seat at the back pew and quietly placed her backpack on the floor. She’s just resuming lectures after a week of inactivity in the class.
She bent and held the zipper of her backpack. As the slide goes over the zipper, the zipper makes a zipping sound drawing the attention of Lucy, who’s sitting in front of her.
Lucy turned around and glanced at her with both eyebrows raised to her hairline. “When did you arrive?” she whispered.
