Chapter 134. A New Pet

Hazel’s POV

“How was your day with Rufie, my love?” I asked, reaching down to take Sapphire in my grasp. I pulled her onto my lap as I took a seat on the sofa. “Let me have a look.”

Sapphire meowed happily, purring as I began to stroke the top of her head. “Be still now little one, this won’t hurt at all.”
