Chapter 14. First Dinner with Daughter

Rachel was speechless.

She couldn’t forbid Sky and make her sad again.

After inviting Edmund in, she accompanied her daughter to take a shower.

While waiting, Edmund looked around.

There wasn’t much he could observe.

There were only Sky’s and Rachel’s backpacks on the table.

Feeling that the situation was safe, Edmund took out a plastic wrap.

Swiftly, he placed a strand of hair that he had secretly taken while helping Sky take off the hoodie inside it.

“Once the result is out, they won’t be able to escape anymore. Rachel is Alice, and Sky is my daughter.”

He thought before putting the evidence into his trouser pocket.

“Mister Edmund!”
