Chapter 31. One-Night Love

10 years later…

Aleah dragged her suitcase into a hotel room. Paris was the seventh place she had traveled to in the ten years she had been traveling alone. She also had a steady job in New York with a salary that was enough to cover all her vacations.

Aleah walked gingerly to the bed and threw herself on it. She stretched out comfortably and occasionally exhaled tiredly.

“Where will I go this time? To rest and sleep early or to go sightseeing to enjoy the city of Paris?” she muttered to herself.
