Chapter 58. What It Feels Like to Be a Mom-to-Be
Rafael was busy showering Aleah’s flat stomach with millions of sweet kisses, then lifted his face and looked at his wife with a serious gaze.
“I have to go back to work in three days,” Rafael said. “How about you stay at my parents’ house for a while while I go to work?”
At that, Aleah raised one eyebrow and frowned in confusion. “Why would I leave New York and live with your parents? I don’t want to! I still have a good job in this country,” she refused without even trying to consider Rafael’s feelings.
