Adam was still showing his nonchalant attitude toward what Elijah said. Again, Dad requested them to leave, but that changed when Elijah walked up to Dad and obstructed him from taking a step ahead.
“What?!” Dad asked rudely.
“Why are you doing this, sir? Please stop whatever you’re doing because it will come back and bite your daughter in the butt.” Elijah’s eyes looked straight into my dad’s own eyes.
Dad moved his feet back. “What am I doing?” Dad questioned Elijah. “Do you even know who my daughter is?” he said.
