Chapter 37

I met with Daring in the study once I finished eating breakfast with Jormun. The wolf was more than eager to start my lessons, which ended up being not as dreadful as I originally thought.

“You seem to have a high level of comprehension,” Daring said as he closed the book he had been teaching from.

I stared at the dry eraser board he had used for our lesson. It was completely covered with a mixture of vocabulary and numbers.

“Maybe I somehow possess the knowledge of my past self?” I offered. “I truly have never seen this stuff before,” I confessed.

“Perhaps. Though I am unfamiliar with reincarnation and how knowledge could be transferred,” Daring told me.

“I doubt many would know such a thing,” I shook my head.

Daring dismissed me from my lesson, and Andra escorted me to my next lesson.

“Do you know who I will be meeting today?” I asked her as we came to the elevator. I was a bit surprised to see that we were leaving the penthouse.

“I
