“Mum, mum!” I called.

“Over here,” I heard her voice from the bathroom. I went in and she was still brushing her teeth.

“I thought you went out with Nyla.”

“Umh, yeah. I left her with Damien. They want to talk,” I rested my back against the wall.

“Lucian won’t allow me to do anything, he won’t let me,” my mother gagged before splitting out and then turning to me.

“I think he likes you,” my mother said with a sly smile on her face.
