Chapter 36. I Have a Gift for You

Nyla’s POV

Sometimes are not meant to be forgotten, especially sweet memories, which keep playing in your head whenever you’re distant from someone. You begin to kiss the person and want his every touch.

Jason is a sweet man, the man that makes my heart flutter. It was the early hours, the morning breeze cool and crisp. I had woken up with Jason gone, he wasn’t by my side. Why has he gone to? I pounded getting into the bathroom to do my ritual. Re-entering back into the room, I dressed up and went downstairs only to be surprised by beautiful decorations of flowers on the floor. The flower decorations started from the staircase down to the dining. The scent of meat stalk filled the air.
