“I’m not a teen. I’m twenty-two.” I blurted. How was he able to make me say things I didn’t want to day? He looked at me before he said “Come again?”

“You heard right, Alpha.” I mocked. “Ohh, so is that how it’s supposed to be?” He smirked. I smiled and stared into his ocean-blue eyes.

‘We need to talk during recess.’ Cliff told me. Disturbing our moment. He sat a few desks away from us.

“You said you wanted to explain...”

“Oh yeah, I’ve failed on purpose every year. I know I’m crazy but I can’t wait to finish school with my sis and bro.” Luciano was weird.

“That’s just dumb,” I told him.

“Wait, but you’re twenty-two.”
