POV Sara
I stopped looking at the village since it was no use for me to stand there watching it without doing anything; it was worse for me. I was sure that he already knew that I was not there; if I stopped, the chances that he would find me were greater. Just thinking about what he would be capable of giving me a headache, he could beat me to the point of putting me in the intensive care ward of a hospital, although I don’t think he would be so benevolent as to let me go to the hospital. He would always say, “You’ll get over it; I’m sure it’s not that bad.”
