Chantal’s POV
They just looked at me and waited for me to settle everything, and Mom led me to my old room and let me change my clothes, then told me to take a shower and rethink my decision.
‘So there’s no way this decision would change,’ I sighed. ‘No matter how much I beg them to let me go, they just... wouldn’t.’
